Return policy

To ensure that our products meet the needs of every customer. Read the following. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. we are willing to return or replace it for you. or give you a refund.


★ The following items are not returnable:

* Any items that have been worn. used or altered.

* Any item specified on its product page as non-returnable.

* Inventory clearance.

If you attempt to return a non-returnable item. the item will be shipped back to you and you will have to pay the shipping fee ($5).

Our return process

Please inform us of your refund or return or replacement request within 30 days of receipt.

If you want to exchange or return the product. please take a photo of the product and send it to us. We must confirm the condition of the goods.

All goods (including all parts and accessories) must be returned to us by express delivery.

If you want to replace it. you must bear the cost of our redelivery.

No commission will be charged for the return or replacement of goods caused by quality problems.

Requirements:

1. Items received within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. The items received are unused. undamaged and in original packaging.

Cut off times for your order:

1. We have two main warehouses in American: one in California and the other one in New Jersey. We will match the delivery warehouse according to the stocks and address to ensure that the product will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

2. We also have warehouses in Germany, China and the UK. The warehouses in the UK and Germany mainly serve local consumers. The warehouse in China is mainly used to deal with out of stock and act as an emergency delivery warehouse.

3. About the order processing time, there are three situations:

(1) When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Friday, the product in your order will be sent out within 24h-48h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.

(2) When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.

(3) We arrange holidays for many festivals in the world, such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and so on. During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.

How can I track my orders?

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Logistics carrier website where you can track it. And also you can find the tracking information on the page of Order Details.

How to change my delivered address?

Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@bananacleaner.vip) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
